MERIT POINT (MP) SYSTEM

THE MP SYSTEM will be used in Resurfaced Treasures and will be an ongoing system for particular, future events as well.

Characters who have leftover MP from POSTDORMITUM can use their MP in this event.

UNDER THE SPOILER TAG are ways to earn MP during Postdormitum. These VALUES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; however, they have been calculated by Shiv and I considering a variety of factors (playstyles of players, possibilities of unfinished threads, etc.).[break][break]

• 10 MP per IC post in a RT Battle/Mission.
• 10 MP for assisting another character and/or their Pokemon.
• 10 MP for knocking out/killing another character and/or their Pokemon.
• 10 MP use mega evolution in your thread.

• 10 MP use terastallization in your thread.
• 25 MP use a legendary/mythical pokemon in your thread.

• 50 MP for getting your Pokemon knocked out.
  
  ONCE PER THREAD
• 100 MP for completing a RT Mission.
• 150 MP for completing a RT Battle.
• 50 MP for participation in a RT Battle/Mission.
• 200 MP for "winning" a RT Battle/Mission.
• 250 MP for "tying" a RT Battle/Mission.
• 300 MP for "losing" a RT Battle/Mission.
• 200 MP for pokemon death (does not stack with KO).

Depending on the results of the FACTION RACE, players may be able to contribute MP to their faction at the end of the event. More details will be revealed near the event's conclusion.[break][break]

Players must also decide whether they want to save their character's MP for RT shop purchases and for future events utilizing MP.

RESURFACED TREASURE MISSIONS

MISSIONS

THESE SPECIAL MISSIONS represent side operations, objectives and narratives. You may determine the chronological placement of your mission to best suit your needs.[break][break]

These missions must be written in ROUTE 105 board.[break][break]

Not all missions require a character of the opposing faction.[break][break]

Feel free to include a RT tag of some kind for your thread titles.

SEA (100 MP)

Stop the opposing faction from landing on shore. Sink their ships. Drown their Pokemon. Whatever you do, engage them in Hoenn’s grand sea. Incorporate the ocean or at the very least the beach. [break][break]

Requires at least 1X LEAGUE CHARACTER & 1X ROCKET CHARACTER.

SKY (100 MP)

Those who conquer the skies, conquer all. Claim aerial superiority over the enemy faction by shooting down their flying pokemon. Or, provide intel by scouting from high above. Whatever you do, engage the enemy in the sky. [break][break]

Requires at least 1X LEAGUE CHARACTER & 1X ROCKET CHARACTER.

SHORE (100 MP)

The primary fighting will be on land. Confront the enemy to halt their progress. Or, defeat them completely. Whatever you do, engage the enemy on land. This can extend to inside the island’s main cave as well.[break][break]

Requires at least 1X LEAGUE CHARACTER & 1X ROCKET CHARACTER.

SMOG (100 MP)

Investigate the leaking Interdream Zone on the battlefield, or incorporate its presence in a thread. The Interdream Zone can be molded to fit your character's imagination, dreams, desires, and memories, becoming a manifestation of your characters' consciences.[break][break]

You may choose to encounter an aggressive Paradox Pokemon (great tusk, scream tail, brute bonnet, flutter mane, slither wing, sandy shocks, roaring moon, iron treads, iron bundle, iron hands, iron jugulis, iron moth, iron thorns, iron valiant).[break][break]

You can not catch one, unless you are retroactively or proactively reflavoring a Resurfaced Treasure shop purchase of a Paradox Pokemon as one of the Pokemon you encounter here.[break][break]

SECRET (100 MP)

Deliver pivotal information to your respective faction and its members or scramble the communication of the enemy. You may also attempt to feed misinformation, using Pokemon to help confuse the opposing faction.

Deliver pivotal resources to your respective faction and its members. The supplies could be pokeballs, Pokemon, basic necessities, or the mysterious treasures gathered from Ultra Deep Sea expeditions. In contrast, prevent or hinder these supply routes to give your faction the advantage.

SURVEY (100 MP)

Your faction has found a way inside. Navigate through the many traps, odd puzzles, and scour over weird glyphs found inside. You can work with fellow companions or end up being confronted by an approaching enemy.[break][break]

	POKEBALLS - 10 MP[break]
	SHARD - 10 MP (1/1)[break] a shard in the color of your choice. you can only redeem ONE.
	INCENSE - 50 MP (1/1)[break] can be used in the SITE SHOP to request a pokemon incense can be used in solo wilds to ensure only one type of pokemon can be spawned from the location's available types. indicate in moderation requests that you are using an incense, and with every subsequent spawn request. you can only redeem ONE.
	HONEY - 50 MP (1/1)[break] can be used in the SITE SHOP to request a pokemon spawn in your characters' garden. you can only redeem ONE.
	LEVEL TUTOR - 50 MP (3/3)[break] you can only redeem THREE.
	TM/TR - 50 MP (3/3)[break] you can only redeem THREE.
	EGG TUTOR - 50 MP (3/3)[break] you can only redeem THREE.
	ABILITY CAPSULE - 50 MP (3/3)[break] you can only redeem THREE.
	TYPE 1 EVO - 50 MP (3/3)[break] evolves stage 1 → fully evo. (e.g. riolu → lucario). you can only redeem THREE.
	TYPE 2 EVO - 50 MP (3/3)[break] evolves stage 1 → stage 2. (e.g. charmander → charmeleon). you can only redeem THREE.
	TYPE 3 EVO - 50 MP (3/3)[break] evolves stage 2 → stage 3. (e.g. charmeleon → charizard). you can only redeem THREE.
	GACHAPON TICKET - 75 MP (3/3)[break] you can only redeem THREE.
	PREMIUM GACHAPON TICKET - 100 MP (3/3)[break] can be exchanged for 1x PREMIUM GACHAPON TICKET. you can redeem this even if your character DOES NOT HAVE 50 INFAMY.you can only redeem THREE.
	MEGA SHARD - 100 MP (1/1)[break] you can only redeem ONE.
	SHINY SWAP - 125 MP (2/2)[break] can be used to change your character's pokemon into its shiny colors, or reverts its shiny color.
	TERA SHARD - 125 MP (1/1)[break] can be used to add to the tera-types your pokemon can terastallize into. the type of the tera shard is your choice.
	SILVALLY MEMORY - 150 MP (1/1)[break] can be used to change the types of a silvally and its MULTI-ATTACK or used in the team rocket chop shop. the type of the memory is your choice. you can only redeem ONE.
	SALAC BERRY - 150 MP (1/1)[break] can be used to reroll your roll in staff events (unless specified otherwise). you can only redeem ONE.
	PHILTER OF LUMINESCENCE - 350 MP (1/1)[break] pokemon becomes ILLUMINA; ability changes to ILLUMINATE and learns the move SPOTLIGHT. you can only redeem ONE.
	MEGA STONE - 200 MP (1/1)[break] can be used to mega evolve a pokemon; requires a purchase of a MEGA ACCESSORY in the SITE SHOP.
	LEGENDARY CANDY - 250 MP (1/1)[break] the FULL EVOLUTION item has been replaced by the LEGENDARY CANDY item for clarification and differentiation purposes. this item evolves MELTAN, TYPE:NULL, POIPOLE and KUBFU. you can only redeem ONE.
	KASIB BERRY - 300 MP (2/2)[break] can be exchanged for an additional move slot to be granted to a pokemon. a pokemon can only have one of the 16-week berry effects (passho, kasib, occa, figy). you can only redeem TWO.
	FIGY BERRY - 300 MP (2/2)[break] can be exchanged for an event move, LGPE move, or older generation moves for a pokemon. a pokemon can only have one of the 16-week berry effects (passho, kasib, occa, figy). you can only redeem TWO.
	OCCA BERRY - 300 MP (2/2)[break] can be exchanged for an additional ability on your pokemon if it has more than one learnable ability. a pokemon can only have one of the 16-week berry effects (passho, kasib, occa, figy). you can only redeem TWO.
	CUSTOM POKEMON TICKET - 300 MP (1/1)[break] redeem a pokemon (excluding legendaries, mythicals, ultra beasts, or paradox pokemon) with a moveset, ability, and shiny status of your choice in the site shop. you can only redeem ONE.
	PARADOX POKEMON - 500 MP (1/1)[break] can be exchanged for a paradox pokemon. you can only redeem ONE at this price. note: koraidon, miraidon, walking wake, and iron leaves can not be redeemed.
	EXTRA MOVE SLOT 1 - 1500 MP (1/1)[break] grants a pokemon of your choice an extra move slot. if they already have a 7th move slot from a kasib berry, this grants the pokemon their 8th and final move slot. invalid for pokemon that have 8 or more moves. you can only redeem ONE.
	PARADOX POKEMON - 2000 MP (1/1)[break] can be exchanged for a paradox pokemon. you can only redeem ONE at this price. note: koraidon, miraidon, walking wake, and iron leaves can not be redeemed.
	HEATRAN - 2500 MP (1/1)[break] can be exchanged for a heatran (moves chosen like a gachapon pokemon). you can only redeem ONE.
	MELTAN - 4500 MP (1/1)[break] can be exchanged for a meltan (moves chosen like a gachapon pokemon). you can only redeem ONE.
	GLASTRIER - 6000 MP (1/1)[break] can be exchanged for a glastrier (moves chosen like a gachapon pokemon). you can only redeem ONE.
